ok ..these are really stupid and fcuking anoying ...popups about my regestry that i needs too be fixed and all ..but..it is just really stupid....and anoying...not that wat the popup says is tru but..im just posting it here becuse it..is really stupid...and i thought it could be posted....

That isn't malware, it is built into Windows :( but if I remember correctly it was disabled with SP2.

It's just an exploit of the Windows Messenger service (don't get this confused with the MSN Messenger type program).

I vaguely remember adding something to my firewall, and adjusting the Messenger settings.. then it stopped :D

I seem to remember that being disabled when I installed (can't remember the name of the program. NetSendXP maybe) that lets you mass send similar messages. Otherwise, you can send them from a command prompt. I don't remember the address to send to, but something like 255.255.255.255 will spam all the computers on your LAN, if they're recieving this.

Honestly, like lots of other features, it was pretty cool before the spammers got ahold of it.

Yeah, netsend comes to mind. If you try doing netsend 127.0.0.1 test (can't quite remember, may have been in a different order) the messenger should popup with :
test
I remember thinking how cool it was.. then I disabled it :)
