SQL Error on install

I installed the and ran ult_database.php it showed all installed ok but i get this error in the admin area when i click to add a catagorie

ANY IDEAS?


Could not perform category task

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'date_base.QUIZ_CAT_TABLE' doesn't exist

Have you made the alterations to constants.php?

Maybe that is it BUT i dont think I am going to install it as when i did i messed up the site So I may try but i am not sure

If you don't apply all of the changes in the install file, then it won't work.

This apply's to all MOD's though :)
