Installation Problem

Hello,
i installed this mod, but i have some errors in the admin section.
In Category Setup the error is :
General Error
Could not perform category task

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'community.QUIZ_CAT_TABLE' doesn't exist

In Quiz Score the error is:
Template->make_filename(): Error - file admin/quiz_scores_body.tpl does not exist

Well, i think that is a problem of the installation.

Please, how can solve this problem?

Well, i don't make some step. Now it 's working.
I will make some change for other type of quiz:
- Add score for awnsers.
- Add 4 possibles results according to the result of the sum of the score answers.

Please, let me know if this add is not created.
