Hmm interesting, but it looks like a "personal server " app to me. The whole community rests on the server. (Community Server )

Hope you all dont mind that I edited it slightly to make items more clear ,ExoSee-CS (Community Server) is a server application to create a group/community.
The application creates an ID which you would publish public-or-private in order for users to join your community. ExoSee-CS is a community-server NOT a users-server.
Once users start/contact your community, they are not connected to the CS-application unless you have a chat-room enabled. Overall, the application should be active/online for new incoming users.
The CS takes very little system-resources, and can be run on any version win32 operating system.
It's a stand-alone application not requiring any special installation, just run and start it.
To learn more how to create/setup your own network/community, see creating own network page.
