Hmm thanx for checking it Alex I,m grateful that its something that was detectable. Mc affee has that particular nasty listed as follows :

http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_98753.htm
Trojan Characteristics:
This trojan consists of a Javascript function called WindowBomb in an HTML file. This trojan will attempt to open an unlimited number of browser windows with the URL "http://www.netscape.com" and the title bar "CRASHING" in an attempt to exhaust the resources of the system.

I,m suprised a proper website would allow such things to be released on the general public
