End-User License Agreements (EULAs) are contracts which are agreed to before or after installation of many commercial software packages. ...

EULAlyzer Version 2.0 - A free Download From Javacool Software
"Analyze license agreements for interesting words and phrases. Make sense of the nonsensical."
Making EULAs Easy Discover if the software you're about to install displays pop-up ads, transmits personally identifiable information, uses unique identifiers to track you, or much much more. EULAlyzer can analyze license agreements in seconds, and provide a detailed listing of potentially interesting words and phrases.

The Benefits

* Discover potentially hidden behavior about the software you're going to install
* Pick up on things you missed when reading license agreements
* Keep a saved database of the license agreements & documents you view
* Instant results - super-fast analysis in just a second

And with additional features like the EULA Research Center, which optionally allows users to anonymously submit license agreements they scan to help us to further improve the program, everyone can be a part of the effort to make something that used to be so tedious, so easy.

Know What You're Getting Into When installing software, never just click past the license agreement. When joining a new site, don't just write off the privacy policy as too long and verbose to read. Pop it into EULAlyzer, and EULAlyze it!

*Note: This program does not provide legal advice. It can only highlight information that you may want to consider before making your own decision whether to agree to a license agreement or not. You should always consult a lawyer (or other authorized individual) for advice on legal issues.

Speaking of agreements and privacy policies, I have updated the privacy policy here at CricketMX to include:
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Google as a third party vendor uses the DART cookie to serve ads based on a users visit to this site and other sites on the internet. Users may opt out of using the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy page at http://www.google.co.uk/privacy_ads.html
Which in a couple of words basically means Google ads use cookies. :P
