GenderAnalyzer- uses 'Artificial Intelligence' to determine if a homepage is written by a man or woman.
About GenderAnalyzer BETA
We created Genderanalyzer out of curiosity and fun. It uses Artificial Intelligence to determine if a homepage is written by a man or woman. Behind the scene, a text classifier hosted over at uClassify.com has been trained on blogs written by men and women. In our lab it seems to works pretty well, we want to see how it performs on the web! We hope you like it!

We have strong indicators that http://www.cricketmx.com is written by a man (93%).
This post probably makes up about 7% of the homepage... not a bad estimate Gender Analyzer :)

For the forum: "We have strong indicators that http://forums.cricketmx.com is written by a man (98%)."
CricketMX.com in 2022: Still the home of bat's, rat's and other farmyard animals!

It picked phpbb.com as 68% by a man, which is a little worrying considering the number of men on the phpBB team is probably up around 97/98%

'eck. LOL.

Makes you wonder how results would tally out if they picked up on "gender" for forum boards... I've not got that facility installed at my site but do know that at least 70% of my members are women!

86% male for me. Sent it to the "About" page on a friends site and it picked her out too.

On the other hand, the intro page for my photos came out to 78% woman. I guess the word "wedding" really threw it off.

This has to wrong: http://www.genderanalyzer.com/?url=http ... .yahoo.com
Image We have strong indicators that http://www.yahoo.com is written by a woman (100%).
Probably because it is a portal full of fashion, gossip, etc (well, Yahoo AU is anyway), but I doubt it is 100% by a woman!
