i've had issues with the new FF3..i've had it crash on me a few times and the java script doesn't run right. its frustrating indeed!!!

Cuil, the latest search engine startup to come out swinging from its corner with the hope of knocking out Google, is instead taking a beating that could do it long-term damage as a credible contender.

Good find Garmy, I hadn't heard of this before
Not the best way to enter the scene. I tried a few searches, 90% of the results are spam or other dodgy looking websites. Sure, Cuil may index more pages, but Google display relevant results, not just anything and everything.

i tried cuil yesterday and i'm still a google fan.. they'll need to find a better idea to surpass google

Yeah. Cuil requires a little bit more than... whatever it is they are doing now.

Cuil's search engine launched July 28 with designs on eating the lunches of Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. Cuil crashed back to earth when too many users tried to access it and angered Web site proprietors by showing competitors photos next to their search results. Cuil headed back into application development to tweak the search algorithm and the results have improved somewhat.
