[REQ] Ice Theme

I would like to see an ice theme....
Some whites, light blues, maybe even a few dark blues....
Glass looking - water dripping - something along those lines
Think it would look cool.

Hmmm i have an interesting as well, a lounge on the background and a bar in the front, dimmed lights and lots of bottles of booze.

There is a theme called icicle already. I used to have it on my site but nobody ever used it so I binned it. This either says something about the theme or about the regulars in my quiet little corner of the net.

Glass-looking is good... I'm a photoshop artist, may I help with the logo? Ergh.. it's hard trying to act cool when almost everyone here is a phpBB genius...
