WinMX New open source patch

A WinMX user named u_n_i_q_u_e has released a new open source .dll patch.
it uses the winmxworld peer caches & uses the winmxworld block list.
It doesn't filter out fake search results yet, but in future releases u_n_i_q_u_e will be adding the filtering option.
It works on All 32-bit MS Windows (95/98/NT/2000/XP).

Update the MXPie IP's have been added to version 0.2 of the patch.
