Open Letter to the Recording Industry
French recording labels are suing three P2P software vendors, including Shareaza. They make many false claims against Shareaza in order to win in court. This is an open letter to them, setting the record straight and a look at MusicLab who now control iMesh and Bearshare, and has recently hijacked Shareaza.com.

Here's an updated story about the Shareaza controversy & info about the next v3.0 release.
After falling victim to a domain and brand hijacking, Shareaza is fighting back at the scammers, assisted by the Software Freedom Law Centre, the EFF and Richard Stallman. In further great news for BitTorrent fans, Shareaza will introduce improved BitTorrent support into version 3 of the application.
