Wouldn't it be easier if people can download .torrent files with their web-browser? This is a question BitTorrent novices often the ask. Last year Opera was the first browser to add BitTorrent support, soon followed by BitFox, FireStorm, FoxTorrent, AllPeers, and Wyzo/FireTorrent. Here's an overview of these applications and extensions that add BitTorrent support to your web-browser.

Has anyone ever tried downloading torrents using their browser on here?
I use µTorrent myself for downloading torrents.I haven't tried any of the above apps or extensions.

For convenience, I'd love to download off BitTorrent through Firefox. Having said that, I think it would make web browsing very slow :o

I use uTorrent as well.

i stick with Azureus, but I may take a looksee into these other apps.
