WCS 1.8.3 released
I have released 1.8.3, this contains a potentially major bug fix and as such it is recommended that you update immediately.
Changes since 1.8.2:
Added /gnotice command (G access) to send group notices
Added colour support to opmsg (only in text, not names, so messages continue to stand out)
Added space back to beginning of multi-line text (it wandered off in a previous release, added it back again)
Removed check for WPN connection hacks
Fixed potentially major buffer overflow vulnerability
Fixed bug with sometimes not loading port from config
Fixed memory leak with multi-line text
/gnotice allows you to send a notice to everyone with a certain access level, this can be useful to send it to only a select group of admins for example. Note that for the purposes of this command * does not mean every access level, and * access will not let you see the notice unless you also have the other access level the notice is directed at.
