Minor update to the homepage

I know a lot of people access the forums by first going to the homepage and then clicking forums, so I've made some small adjustments which should hopefully make the experience smoother.

If you have a look at http://www.cricketmx.com you will notice that the page looks a little bulkier. This is because it now displays the last 4 announcements that have been posted in the Updates forum. Additionally, besides displaying the username of the poster, you can also see the time of the post as well as a link to the topic (the Comments link, which also shows the number of replies).
