Comcast Held To Account ?

Seems that in their rush to team up with Sony, Comcast are trying to break their own terms and conditions, and deny a customer legal justice. http://digitalmusic.weblogsinc.com/entry/1234000013040242/ Seems they forgot to get a court order, not suprising is it , they break the law more than any of t...

Riaa Copy "Grand old Duke"

Seems the current scare tactic is proving a pathetic PR disaster  Less than a day after threatening mass legal action on students, the nice guy in charge let slip that virtually no one would face any legal action. http://www.p2pcore.com/stories/69.php The RIAA backtracked on their threat...

MCMA Tweak

Jimmy, you need to make a tiny tweak on the inquiroview.cpp , the word #bot# needs to be #BOT# for MCMA rooms (it seems fussy  )
Just as luck would have it, its the last line on the code page

Thanks to Elephantman for bringing this to our notice. :)

MPAA Cartel Attempt To Circumvent Privacy Rights

Seems the cartel is trying a new "backdoor" way of attempting to blackmail your ISP into breaching your rights to privacy online. http://www.edri.org/edrigram/number3.7/takedown The motion picture association (MPAA) and their international arm the IFPA, have launched an initiative to attac...
