ok to fix the lighter problem I cleared my history, cookies then restarted the room, got black hair inspected it, then went back to bin and the lighter came up. not sure if you need to do all that but try to inspect the black hair and go right back to the bin for the lighter. it should work i think....

never mind all I had to do was shake the pillow a little harder

ok I'm stuck in the crimson room, i know that I need to open the box but can't find the straite thing, and its not a tape or a Batt. that I both have. it seems that you got to click a lot of things in just the right spot in this game to get to the right place, so you can collect the right object.......
