I run off of metaBB and I get this error:

Thats all it says with a white background. I only get this when I go into the second question of a quiz.

I think I figured out what was wrong. The jury_install.php is not inserting columns. All it is doing is creating tables.

How do we create a new case in the jury mod. I see no button that says create case or something like that anywhere?
