The option not appear in UQM 1.3.3 and in 1.2.0

I installed UQM 1.3.3 but The users can't modify end delete their own inserted quiz, despite in the administrator control panel I have selected the option "Can quiz authors can moderate their own quiz".
Where is the problem? I had the same problem with the ultimate quiz mod 1.2.0.

Quiz_lite.php is located in language/en/mods/quiz_lite.php in my web space.

I have uploaded ultimate quiz mod lite files in my web space , i have modificated includes/constants.php but when I run uqmlite_install.php, I see a window as: Errore Generale Language file quiz_lite.php couldn't be opened.
