Il me semble que tu n'as pas la dernière version, c'est la 1.3.3 Sinon, ton souci, je crois provient de ta base SQL, tes tables ne sont pas bien nommés. De mémoire, dans Quizz_config, tu dois avoir une table avec une majuscule alors qu'elle ne devrait pas l'avoir ou le contraire. Quizz_once...

quiz.php, lang_quiz.php, templates/admin/quiz_settings_body.tpl, admin/admin_quiz.php
